Important Information

Passport Requirement: All players and family members must have a valid passport to travel to Aruba. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure passports are current and will not expire before, during, or within 6 months after the travel dates (October 11–October 17, 2026). Players without a valid passport will not be able to participate.

No Refunds Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable. This includes full payments and any installments already made on a payment plan. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to travel, passport issues, schedule conflicts, injury, or cancellation by the registrant.
